Rules for using the getpickio service

These Terms of Service govern access to the site, registration, use of the service functionality, payments for digital credit packages, acceptable use rules, and the basic liability limits of the parties.

By creating an account, signing in, running a giveaway, purchasing a credit package, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to comply with these Terms.

getpickio is a technical tool for collecting participants, building pools, randomly selecting winners, publishing results, and keeping an internal record of consumed free or paid credits.

The service is not the organizer of any specific giveaway, does not define its prizes, does not control the organizer’s obligations toward participants, and does not undertake prize delivery on the organizer’s behalf.

You must use the service only if you have sufficient legal capacity and the right to enter into electronic transactions under applicable law.

The user is responsible for ensuring that use of the service, the giveaway mechanics, and publication of results do not violate the selected platform rules, third-party rights, or the law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data, the confidentiality of your password, and all actions performed after successful authorization.

We may require repeated password confirmation for sensitive actions, including password changes or account deactivation.

Account deactivation or deletion may be blocked if unused credits remain on the balance. While the credit balance is positive, the user must either use the credits within the service functionality or resolve the issue in another way expressly agreed with the service.

An account deletion request by itself does not create a right to demand a refund for unused credits and does not require the service to forcibly write off or recalculate the remaining balance.

You must not use the service for fraud, illegal schemes, manipulation, bypassing technical restrictions, artificial infrastructure load, unauthorized access attempts, mass scraping outside the permitted scenario, or abuse of refunds or payment disputes.

• do not impersonate another person or use someone else’s payment instruments without proper rights;
• do not publish results or source content without proper rights and permissions;
• do not attempt to bypass paid limits, free limits, credit consumption logic, or anti-abuse checks;
• do not interfere with the site, APIs, payment flows, or third-party platforms used by the service;

You remain responsible for the legality of the content source, giveaway terms, participant communication, and result publication.

If the service mechanics include a public results page, you grant us the right to display winner data to the extent required for that page to function.

The service may offer both free functionality within set limits and paid functionality through digital credit packages. The current price, currency, and package composition are determined in the interface at the moment of checkout.

Credits are internal accounting units for access to service functionality. They are not electronic money, a payment instrument, or a separate product that can be freely transferred or converted outside the service.

A credit package is sold as a single digital package, not as a set of standalone goods or separate services with their own retail price per credit.

After at least one credit is used, the package is considered partially delivered. No proportional recalculation is made for unused credits, and no partial refund is granted for the remaining balance except where mandatory law expressly requires otherwise.

If a payment is refunded or disputed after credits have been fully or partially used, we may restrict access to functionality, reject automatic refunds, send the case for manual review, or take other steps to protect the service from abuse.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, constant availability of third-party APIs, full compatibility with every browser, device, or platform, or immutability of external content after moderation or deletion by a third party.

We are not responsible for the content and rules of any specific giveaway, prize delivery, actions or omissions of the organizer, or losses caused by third-party platform limitations, payment provider actions, internet outages, or the user’s breach of these Terms.

We may change service functionality, packages, limits, anti-abuse rules, and legal document revisions. A new version becomes effective when published on the site unless stated otherwise.

We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to the service, certain functions, payments, or an account if we believe there is a breach of these Terms, a fraud risk, chargeback abuse, a security threat, or another material risk to the service.

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
